Sgt. Rock!

A few months ago I was lucky enough to meet the legendary, Joe Kubert!

Man, is that guy talented. I wanted to give him a simple small gift so I gave him this drawing of Sgt. Rock. He invited me out to his school next time I'm in his neck of the woods and I'll definitely be taking him up on that.

Settling in...

Well Kassandra and I found a great apartment in LA and are finally settling in. Ahhh, it feels great to have a place to call home!

So now, we've just been searching for more work while continuing to work on our portfolios. I've been getting a bit more interested in digital painting especially after looking at the work of Cory Loftis. Wow is that guy talented! I loved his dino designs and had to try one out myself.

Star Wars Empire Strikes Back Cards!

Well, Kassandra and I made it safely out to LA and have been spending the last few days apartment hunting. Shane and his friends have been nice enough to open their house to us and we can't thank them enough! It's good to have nice family and friends.

Last Spring, I did a bunch of sketch cards for Topp's Star Wars Empire Strikes Back set. I currently have 6 cards that I'm allowed to sell online and have recently put them up on Ebay. Here are the 6 available:
